International Delivery

International Delivery is available on certain products that are available through Gift Designs.  If you would like to see if the product you are interested in is available for international delivery, please email the product name, quantity required and your destination to info@giftdesigns.com.au

Postage Information

Postage charges are available on checkout (on certain items you can select your postage option prior to checkout).  If you would like a postage quote before you place an order, please email info@giftdesigns.com.au   with the product name, quantity required and your destination.

When placing your order, please allow appropriate time for postage delivery, especially to remote or country areas.

Unless otherwise notified, your order will be processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.  You will be emailed the status of your order as updates are made.

Privacy Information

At Gift Designs, we respect your privacy.  Any information collected by Gift Designs will be utilised to process your order and keep you informed on happenings at Gift Designs.  In some cases, we may need to pass on delivery details to our suppliers in order to have your product shipped in an efficient and cost effective manner.  We have carefully chosen suppliers who follow the same philosophy of protecting your privacy.  Your details will not be sold on to any third party for marketing purposes.

Delivery of Flowers

While we aim to match the arrangements pictured on this site to your order, this is not always possible due to seasonal factors and availability of materials and containers. Availability of boxes and containers vary in different locations around the country. Therefore our pictures should be used as a guide only. The number and type of flowers or food products in your arrangement will often vary from that shown in the photo as the cost and availability of flowers and food products varies in different locations. If our florists need to substitute flowers they will use blooms of equal or greater value to those shown. Photos show flowers in full bloom however we try to send flowers which are still in bud as these are the freshest available and will last the longest.

We undertake to deliver your order to the address you have given us. We cannot accept responsibility if you have given us a wrong or incomplete delivery address or if our courier cannot gain access to the address given or if the intended recipient is not at the given address when our courier calls. To minimize delivery problems we may need to contact the recipient. If you DO NOT want us to contact the recipient you must advise us. If we cannot deliver and unless you have advised us otherwise, our couriers will try to leave the flowers in a safe spot or if this is not possible they will try to return the flowers to the florist who made up the order, from where they can be collected. We may have to charge another delivery fee if you require a second delivery.

Wine

Wine cannot be delivered to or accepted by any person under the age of 18 or left at a delivery address unattended. Some states require florists to hold a special licence to deliver alcohol with flowers and not all of our agents are able to obtain such licences. In those cases were we cannot send alcohol we will increase the order by the equivalent value in flowers unless advised otherwise.

In the unlikely event that an order is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange another delivery. Any non delivery or problems relating to the goods delivered must be advised within 7 days.

Cancellations

ALL cancellations will incur an Administration and/or Processing fee. Please read our Cancellation Terms below.    Cancellations received within LESS THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value.

Cancellations received with MORE THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a $15 administration fee.

Unfortunately, We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared, or, are with our courier for delivery.

Flower Fruits Delivery Information

Specific time delivery

We can meet specific time delivery requirements, however, they will be sent on a priority service and additional costs will be incurred. If your order has been placed online, one of our team members will contact you to notify you of the additional charges required for your timed delivery request.

Unattended gifts

It is recommended that you select a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the bouquet on arrival to avoid re-delivery delays. In the event that no-one will be at available to receive and sign for your delivery, you may have the bouquet delivered to a safe place. Please provide specifications and detailed instructions in the "Delivery Instruction" text box when placing your order. Flower Fruits does not take responsibility for the safety of your gift if you choose to leave the gift unattended.

Online orders placed on Saturday and Sunday

All orders placed over the week-end will be processed on the following working day (generally a Monday unless a public holiday coincides). Any specific information about your delivery will be forwarded to you at that time.

Where do you deliver?

Flowers by Fruit products are currently delivered within the Sydney Metropolitan Area.

Can I change my mind after placing an order?

Yes, you can. However,we will need a minimum 24 hours notice and a $10 administration fee applies. Any changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% to your total order including the delivery fee.

Can we ask for a custom-made arrangement?

Yes, we can accommodate for any specific request. Please call us, one of our friendly staff will help you in designing your arrangement.

Are preservatives used to keep the fruits fresh?

No, All of our arrangements are made fresh daily without the use of preservatives or additives.

What is the latest time for placing an order?

Please place your order one working day before the delivery day.

When can I expect my delivery?

All deliveries between Monday to Friday will arrive at business addresses by 5:00pm and residential addresses by 6:30pm.
